　　Approved by former State Economic and Trade Commission, Golden Cellular Communications Co., Ltd. (GoldCellCom), a national large high-tech enterprise, was funded and organized by several national leading communication companies, such as China Electronics Corporation, Sichuan Changhong Electronic Co., Ltd., and registered in State Administration for Industry & Commerce in 1994 with a registered capital of RMB 110 million yuan. And in 1995, GoldCellCom made its entry into Beijing Hi-tech Development Zone.
